<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong>You have already skied for 5 to 10 weeks. You are comfortable with your equipment. You ski with ease on red runs, parallel skis with vertical movement. You can control your speed and trajectory on all types of slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Linking turns with various radiuses, starting to ski on diverse terrain, refining carving technique. Introduction to off-piste skiing and its safety rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A2 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue and red runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition,You will refine your technique, discover new sensations, and share new experiences with your group. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice parallel turns on all types of trails. You will gain confidence and skills to move to the next level safely.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong>The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 3 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don’t forget your lift pass ! We advise you to take a 3 Valleys ski pass. If you wish to take the ski pass of the resort only, ask your instructor which days he/she will go to the 3 Valleys. In this case, you will have the possibility to buy an extension the day before the course. <br></p>

<p><strong> Experience :</strong> Your child can control speed, turn using the toe and heel edge on green slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Being able to do turns on blue slopes. Developing technique with vertical mouvement. Introduction to the snowpark, 180° slids and switch riding. Descovering more of the specific vocabulary of snowboarding. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard silver » Your children will meet the instructor and the rest of the group. After a quick check of their gear, they will start warming up on easy slops. The goal is to improuve your childrens turns to be able to ride blues slopes. They will learn some more freestyle, flat tricks, 180 slides, switch and the ollie/nollie. The instructor can also introduce them to the snowpark. You will also work on the snowboard vocabulary.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> Improving carving turns on blue and red slopes. Learning some freestyle, flat tricks, 180° jump and switch. Introduction to the snowpark.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Silver Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children (from 8 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your children have a couple of days to a week of experience. They know how to put the skis on, and get up by themselves. They know how to change direction with the snowplough position and stop on green slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Do Snowplough turns on green slopes, discover what “Parallel skis” means, move around easily with skis on using side stepping and duck climb.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, your child gets to know the instructors and the other members of the White Bear level. All the groups will start together, warmup and harmonize in front of our school. The groups will be defined by the levels and age of the children. As they learn new skills and improve during the week, they will practice with their instructor on green and blue slopes as well as the fun park. They will be using cabinlifts and chairlifts. The beginner ski pass is mandatory on the first day. <br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The White Bears group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children. Everybody progresses at their own paces and children have the opportunity to change groups during the week. Children can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. The traditional medal awarding ceremony is taking place on fridays, at the top of our kindergarten. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget to give them a skipass to be able to take the lifts and a snack in their pocket for the break !<br></p>

<p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> You are confortable on all types of terrains and snow conditions.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Freestyle/Backcountry, mostly off-piste sessions and skills improvement on bigger modules and jumps at the park. Carving on red slopes and being able to adapte riding to the terrain. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard expert». After meeting the instructor and the rest of the group you will hit the slopes. Depending on the weather and snow conditions, you will mostly ride off-pistes and discover the 3 Valleys with your instructor. The instructor will help the group to increase your techniqual skills to be able to adapte your riding to all kinds of snow and terrain. You will be taught how to use the off piste security equpement. You will also go to the park and hit bigger modules and practice more tricks.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Expert Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>
