<p><strong> Who can book this lesson ? :</strong> Any person with a disability who wants to discover the pleasures of skiing, or to practice under the supervision of a ski instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the lesson :</strong> Discover new sensations, to have fun, or to go towards autonomy. You choose the duration of the course and the number of sessions during the week. The instructor will then create a customized ski course for you. <br> <strong>Course description :</strong> Once the lesson is booked, our team will contact you to get more information and choose together the equipment adapted to your handicap. Before the lesson, your instructor will call you to set up the meeting point, your expectations, your experience. Our instructors are passionate about their sport and have a strong desire to make this discipline accessible to as many people as possible. <br> <strong>Remarks :</strong> The passenger should be well equipped with several layers of warm technical underwear. The warmer you are, the more you enjoy your lesson and the handiskiing experience. Also, think about the ski pass! !<br></p>

<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> From 2 to 5 weeks of experience. You already know how to ski parallel on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Improve your parallel turns with vertical movement, start skiing on red runs. Learn how to anticipate terrain movements, how to ski without wasting your energy. Move around the resort integrating the flow of skiers and following the skier's rules.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A2 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest some exercises to get back on your feet on blue runs. Over the course of the week and through exercises and repetition, you will integrate movement into your practice, using different techniques. Your turns become more fluid and require less effort. You gain confidence and skills to ski safely and autonomously on red runs.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong>The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 2 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget your sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> You can control your speed, turn using the toe and heel edge on green slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Being able to do your turns on blue slopes. Introduction to the snowpark, 180° slides and switch riding. Descovering more of the specific vocabulary of snowboarding. <br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard silver » You will meet the instructor and the rest of the group. After a quick check of your gear, you will start warming up doing your turns. The goal is to improuve your turns to be able to ride blues slopes. You will learn some more freestyle, flat tricks, 180 slides, switch and the ollie/nollie. The instructor can also introduce you to the snowpark. You will also work on the snowboard vocabulary.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Silver Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong> Experience :</strong> Your child knows how to turn toe and heel side on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 180 jumps and rails. Discovering their first switch turns. Work on the vertical mouvement and other technical aspects to improuve skills.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard gold ». After meeting the instructor and the rest of the group your child will warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improuve their technic so they can ride down all kinds of terrain in safe way. The instructor will help them discover their first carving turns. Your children will do their first complet switch turns. The tricks will be more and more complex, like 180 jumps, rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. The instructor will expain on how to adjust gear depending on how you ride.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday morning lessons are from 10:00 to 12:00, afternoon from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date. From Monday to Friday, morning lessons are from 9:00 to 12:00 and afternoon lessons are from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> We are also proposing a full package with lunchtime, including a complete meal at the restaurant and activities with the instructors before the afternoon programs. The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children (from 8 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p>
