"<p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have more than 10 weeks of experience. You are at ease on all types of terrain and wish to deepen your technical knowledge.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Improve your technical skills on the slopes, in the bumps, off-piste and on all types of snow. Travel the 3 Valleys area on and off piste. Become a more versatile skier and expand your knowledge of the mountain.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A4 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on track. During the week, you will discover the 3 Valleys and the magnificent off-piste skiing of the region. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice carving turns or other types of advanced techniques and positions.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date..<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 4 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself</p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> 3 valleys Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget to take some water and snacks to keep your energy level up !!<br>"</p>

<p><strong>Your Experience :</strong> Beginner, you have never tried snowboarding before or just a couple of hours (or on dry slopes).<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Controlling speed with a heel edge or toe edge skid and beeing able to do turns on a green slope.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard bronz ». You will be introduced to you instructor and the rest of the group. The instructor will then explain how the gear works. You will do your first slides in a straight line in the biginner area. After you get familiar with the balance you will be taught how to change directions. At first you might fall so the instructor will also give you different tips on how to get up. During your progression you will discover wich foot you have in front on the board (goofy or regular). Then we will start to learn how to control your speed on the back side edge. The instructor will then teach you how to cross the slop on the back and front side edge. Once you start getting confortable with that you will be taught on how to control speed on your toe edge, the instructor will help you with the toe edge skid. We will then practice the transition between the toe and heel edge postion to be able to link the turns. After you are able to ride down the slope doing both turns you will be taught your first flat tricks like 180 slides.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> The lessons are taking place from 14:00 to 16:30 before the 5th Feb and 17:00 after this date.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Bronze Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong>Skiing background :</strong> Your 3 / 4 years old has never skied before.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discovering this new gear and environment, moving around with skis on in our kindergarten, learning skills such as breaking the speed, or stopping and improving coordination.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> </p><p><strong>Weekly program :</strong> On the first day, your child gets to discover the ski school. He will meet the instructors and the other children of the group. After a warm up, the group will get acquainted with the ski equipment practicing on different practice set ups. Without skis at first, then one ski on, and once they are ready, with both ! They’ll use our private magic carpet and make their first slides under supervision of our team in the Prosneige kindergarten.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Little Bears group lessons are limited to a maximum of 6 children (3-4 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and your child has the opportunity to change groups during the week. Children can also enjoy some breaks and warm themselves up with a hot cocoa. On Friday, enjoy the traditional award ceremony, where they’ll proudly receive their first medal ! </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget to put a snack in their pocket for the break and their teddys or binky if needed ! <br></p>

<p>This ski lesson is specially made for parents and grandparents who do not know their children's level. No worries! You book your child in this course and we will contact you to determine your child's level together. Once in the resort, our teams will be there to welcome and inform you.<br></p>
