<p><strong>Experience :</strong> Your child knows how to turn toe and heel side on blue slopes.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong> Discover carving turns, off piste, freestyle, 180 jumps and rails. Discovering their first switch turns. Work on the vertical mouvement and other technical aspects to improuve skills.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong> The meeting point is at the top of the prosneige nursery slope at the black flag « snowboard gold ». After meeting the instructor and the rest of the group your child will warm up on easy slopes. Then the goal is to improuve their technic so they can ride down all kinds of terrain in safe way. The instructor will help them discover their first carving turns. Your children will do their first complet switch turns. The tricks will be more and more complex, like 180 jumps, rails at the park. It’s also time to start riding all terrains and off-piste. The instructor will expain on how to adjust gear depending on how you ride.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> The Gold Snowboard group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 adults (from 13 years old). Everybody progresses at their own paces and have the opportunity to change groups during the week. </p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> Don't forget the ski-pass for the chairlifts, a little snack in the pocket for the for the break and sunscreen for the sunny days!<br></p>

<p><strong> Who can book this lesson ? :</strong> Any person with a disability who wants to discover the pleasures of skiing, or to practice under the supervision of a ski instructor. <br> </p><p><strong>Goals of the lesson :</strong> Discover new sensations, to have fun, or to go towards autonomy. You choose the duration of the course and the number of sessions during the week. The instructor will then create a customized ski course for you. <br> <strong>Course description :</strong> Once the lesson is booked, our team will contact you to get more information and choose together the equipment adapted to your handicap. Before the lesson, your instructor will call you to set up the meeting point, your expectations, your experience. Our instructors are passionate about their sport and have a strong desire to make this discipline accessible to as many people as possible. <br> <strong>Remarks :</strong> The passenger should be well equipped with several layers of warm technical underwear. The warmer you are, the more you enjoy your lesson and the handiskiing experience. Also, think about the ski pass! <p><strong>Your skiing background :</strong> You have more than 10 weeks of experience. You are at ease on all types of terrain and wish to deepen your technical knowledge.<br> <strong>Goals of the week :</strong>Improve your technical skills on the slopes, in the bumps, off-piste and on all types of snow. Travel the 3 Valleys area on and off piste. Become a more versatile skier and expand your knowledge of the mountain.<br> </p><p><strong>Week's program :</strong>On the first day, you meet your instructor and your group under the A4 flag. It is possible that there are several groups in your level. In this case, the instructors will harmonize the groups according to the experience and desires of each one. Once the groups are homogeneous, your ski instructor will suggest exercises to get you back on track. During the week, you will discover the 3 Valleys and the magnificent off-piste skiing of the region. The instructor will show you different exercises to practice carving turns or other types of advanced techniques and positions.<br> </p><p><strong>Hours :</strong> Sunday (first day) from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.<br> <strong>More :</strong> Class 4 adult ski group lessons are limited to 8 people. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and you have the option of changing groups during the week. The adult group ski lessons are excellent for progress. Indeed, the daily sessions allow you to come back on difficulties encountered the day before, and to improve technical points of your skiing. The group will be encouraging, and will help you challenge yourself</p> <p><strong>Remarks :</strong> 3 valleys Ski-pass is needed. Don't forget to take some water and snacks to keep your energy level up !!<br></p>

<p><strong> Your snowboarding background :</strong> You are a complete beginner, an expert carver or anything in between.<br> </p><p><strong> Lessons goal :</strong> Private lessons are the best option if you want a personalized approach to snowboarding. Learn the basics of snowboarding or improve as quickly as possible, try out freestyle, build your confidence, or discover the area with an instructor. <br> </p><p><strong> More :</strong> The instructor can meet you at the ski room of your hotel or in front of your apartment to start the lesson. A customized snowboard lesson, at your own pace, with an instructor just for you.
